Some of our customer support activities include:
• Providing of technical documentation package sufficient to troubleshoot and maintain the end item throughout the useful life of the product
• Generation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manual to include theory of operation, electrical schematics, bills of materials, panel layouts, software documentation, troubleshooting guidelines, suggested spare parts lists, vendor contacts, and maintenance schedules
• Providing of on-site classroom technical training for operators and maintenance technicians
• Continuing post-delivery consultation
• Providing a 1 year product and service warranty
